Every family has one.
The person who knows when the library books are due. Who remembers it's Grandma's birthday on Thursday and a present needs buying by Wednesday. Who knows soccer practice moved, the uniform needs washing, the car needs a service and there's no milk.
The person everyone asks.
In almost every family we know, that person is Mom. And almost none of it is written down anywhere. It lives in her head, running in the background all day, every day. At work. In the shower. At 11pm when she should be asleep.
It has a name now: the mental load. But naming it hasn't made it any lighter.
So we asked a simple question.
What if the plan didn't have to live in one person's head?
What if it lived somewhere the whole family could see it: on the kitchen wall, updated from anyone's phone, with the kids' chores right there beside the dentist appointment and tonight's dinner?
What if "what's on today?" had an answer that wasn't her?

What we believe
The plan belongs to the whole family. Not to the person who happens to be best at remembering it.
You shouldn't pay monthly for a calendar. Every feature is included from day one. No subscriptions. Not now, not ever.
Tech should disappear into the kitchen. If it needs a manual to understand, we've failed. Plug in, sync, done.
Support should be a person. When something doesn't work, you'll talk to a real human who wants to fix it, not a ticket number.
Kids are more capable than we let them be. Give them a clear plan and a star to chase, and they'll surprise you.
Who we are
We didn't start PlanPal because we had it all figured out. We started it because we kept seeing the same thing in home after home: one person quietly holding the entire week together in their head, and everyone else finding out about it after the fact.
We didn't think that was fair. So we built the thing we wished existed — somewhere for the plan to live that isn't one person's memory, and a way for the rest of the family to actually help carry it.
