Shipping policy

We know you're counting down the days.Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your PlanPal is on its way.

Delivery times Typical delivery is 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your region. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day).

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Track your order anytime with the link in your shipping confirmation email. Wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, or your PlanPal arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos (if damaged).
We'll sort a replacement or refund.
