The 30-Night Family Trial
A family calendar only works if the family uses it. So we give you 30 nights to find out.

How the trial works
You have 30 nights from delivery to try PlanPal at home. If it's not right for your family, email us with your order number to start a return. Return PlanPal with its original accessories in good condition. Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is at your cost.

Before you send it back
Most "not working for us" moments are a 5-minute fix. Talk to us first.

Warranty
Every PlanPal comes with a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Covers manufacturing faults, screen or touch defects, and power adapter faults. Doesn't cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Australian customers
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

New Zealand customers
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
