Shipping Policy (AU/NZ)

We know you're counting down the days. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your PlanPal is on its way.

Delivery times
Australia: typically 3–7 business days from dispatch.
New Zealand: typically 5–10 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day).

Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, always.

New Zealand customs
Orders to New Zealand may be subject to GST or import duties charged by New Zealand customs. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Track your order anytime with the link in your shipping confirmation email. Wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, or your PlanPal arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll sort a replacement or refund.
