These Terms of Service govern your use of planpal.co (the "Site") and your purchase of products from PlanPal, operated by Taize Ventures Pty Ltd, Suite 14, 11 Foote Street, Mooloolaba, QLD 4557, Australia.

By accessing this Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Products and pricing
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though changes won't affect orders already placed. We make reasonable efforts to display product specifications accurately; specifications are subject to change by our supplier without notice.

Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Our 30-night trial and 12-month warranty are set out in our Refund Policy.

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of PlanPal / Taize Ventures Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Google, Apple, Outlook, Yahoo, or Cozi calendar sync). We aren't responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanPal / Taize Ventures Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you're purchasing from New Zealand, your local consumer protection laws may also apply and are not overridden by this clause.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
